Cheers!!!

Mon Jul 04, 2011 6:44 pm

Hey all...

Started brewing about 6 years ago and finally set up my HERMS from various kegs and online shopping extravaganzas!!!!

Going to brew my octoberfest beer next with the new system and look forward to using the techniques I've been reading in Gordon's new book to try an really nail down a good lager for these summer months.

If that wasn't enough, I just picked up an oak barrel I'll have to condition for my "Graduation Celebration Ale" I plan on having on tap for my graduation in two years. :pop

I look forward to getting some more tips and great discussions about beer.

Cheers, :jnj

What high school do you go to?

Welcome. Do you think if I showed my wife your picture and say "I want one of those", she would slap me? I do already have a lot of glassware taking up room in the cabinet so it may be a good possibility.
