Aint nothing wrong with extract, either.
I think you will get all your basic technique down and then the all grain bug will come a knockin before you know it.

Haha, yeah...born and raised in south louisiana. Moved to h-town few years back

The Flying Saucer and the Gingerman are also a step up from most of the places in Lafayette, for beer, not hot women.
