Fri Sep 17, 2010 2:13 pm

i started a german alt-type about 3 weeks ago. i got a new 5k flask for making a starter, started it and couldn't brew cause life got in the way. so i put it in fridge and did this three more times (cause life stuff)
til today and decided i'm brewin come hell or high water today. but its been about 3 days since i fed the starter, which is quadrupled in size since i first started. if i pitch this tonight will it work?

make sure it is chilled and then you can pour off some of the beer on the top...you don't want to add more than 10% starter to your beer...then just make a real small amount of wort to get active again..
