hahahahaha. Nice. Actually I don't think many monks take the vow of silence anymore. I know that Brew like a Monk has some info on westvleteran, not specifics though. I thought that Jamil had super powers and didn't need to ask them though???

I definitely want to hear a show on a great Belgian IPA. In particular we need a show on Hop God by Nebraska Brewing Company. I know you want to do it Jamil. You had it at the brewery back in June.

I've tried one attempt at a clone but was nowhere close (it was tasty thought) so I want to hear about your attempt.

Thanks!

Wayne

Waterloo Double Dark. This beer was briefly available at the Belgian Beer Cafe and I loved it. Since I can't get my hands on it any more, I'd love to know how to make it!

Just sent in Aventinus Wheat Doppelbock.
It's a Hefe strain so it's an ale not a lager. It's wheat, a doppelbock and there's got to be decoc mash...

Just added a request for Sweetwater IPA....not sure they`ll do it though because I think Sweetwater is pretty tight lipped about their recipes. But that would also make it a bit more challenging though. :jnj

I sent in a request for 2 Unibroue beers (Maudite and Chambly Noire) But doubt they'd be able to do them as Unibroue is secretive from what I've heard, and use house strains of yeast...
