Taking the week end off from brewing,Gotta transfer an Alt to 2nd for lagering, also got a RIS still pluggin away in the primary. Maybe bottle up some brews if I get around to it. Oh yeah gotta drink some dam fine homebrew all the while.

A Terrapin clone for me. I'll be using Larger yeast for the first time. Will ferment at about 60-62 then secondary at about 54-56 or so. So it will be a steam type ferment. Won't be a true larger, but should be a great Rye Pale Ale. Yummy!
