My 6.5 gallon carboy is actually 6.9 gallons. SWEET!

I measured per gallon container filled at 65 degrees and marked a tape strip on the side of the carboy. Makes it easier to predict amount of finished beer prior to transfer to the keg.

How did you measure? by weight or another method?

8) I just measured out volumes of water in 1/2 gallon increments. I thought about weighing, but I figured measuring would be accurate enough for my purposes.

Alrighty, I'll move this back to brewing equipment. Unless Gus actually gets somebody to buy his carboy. :)
