Yep thats 2 different bottles of Utopias. Not sure what I will ever do with the things either. I tasted the 2007 at Morton's Steakhouse last year. I cant imagine opening my bottles up for another couple years.

My wife is very tolerant of the brew stuff too, although I think she was glad we bought this house because that meant no more brewing stuff inside the house. And yes she is hot too and likes stouts. She's a stay at home mom so since I bring home the bacon she cant really say much. LOL

You bastard I hate you, so jealous. my brew house is a leaky shed with no power, cool in winter and hot in summer. I managed to get a Sasion to 42 deg C in melbourne a week or two ago. now thats temp control!

Hey, I talked to Vinnie about your barrel. He only aged one beer in it and it was Sanctification. 8)
