it's true, I used to scour, lots of elbow grease. Now I run hot pbw through and over everything, and use a sponge to get it on the outside of vessels. Leave it sit on tough stuff that's on the inside. Then you can get off anything with just a swipe of a sponge.

On the outsides, though, I still find occasional need to scrub hard with the green scrubby and barkeeper's friend, since I cannot sit my huge keggles and blichman 20g in a still bigger pot. :)

Thanks again! I have been brewing extract for the last few years and since I have my kettle/chiller/burner I figure why not put a mash tun together and move to all grain! Plan to brew here in the next week or so we will have to see how the first batch goes.
