Not cheap, but I have to admit that has the coolest gap adjustment I've seen.
Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
On Draft: Nothing. Building a walk-in cooler right now.

+1 for a BC

I've been closing the gap on the BC for a while...I'm now grinding at the closest setting and my efficiency is generally in the mid-80's (not that efficiency even matters on a homebrew level)

Just keep it lubed up and it'll run forever..

im also getting 85-90% efficiency out of it and i havent adjusted it since i pulled it out of the box.
it does the job. 5kg in around 10 minutes and that hand cranking it.

Shat loans me a fat chick every so often so that's my main malt crushing mechanism. When the big phat fatty is not around, I use a JSP malt mill with two rollers. Works well enough I guess.
