didn't dry

i picked my hops about 2 weeks ago and didn't dry them because i was planning on brewing within a day or 2.. well that didn't happen .. i brewed the beer a week later and didn't put them in.. don't remember why.. so i gotta know.. what kind of ill effect will these have on my beer if i use them to dry hop.. they still smell good.. but like i said, i didn't dry them.. any help would be nice

as long as there is no mold on them they should be fine. break a couple open and look closely. Drew
