What are folks doing for Big Brew anything?

Our club will have a group brew in front of our LHBS, if the wind doesn't blow our butts off the top of the mountain. I just realized they updated the recipes on the page but have a print out of the recipes from last year and might do one of them.

I am doing my second AG batch brewing a robust porter tomorrow at 9am. Having a friend come over to watch the process, drink beers, etc.

He likes donuts with beer...

I will stick to beer...

My homebrew club is doing a BIG batch of a Thomas Hardy clone. We've got about eight people brewing together tomorrow ... doing 6 gal batches from the same recipe ... and then, after fermentation, we're moving it to the bourbon barrel the club has. Ought to be pretty interesting in a year or so.

I'm sure we'll knock out a small beer too while we're at it.

With a 20 lb grain bill I'm going to be stretching my mash tun's sides for sure!

Plus, I'm bringing a keg of my last Amarillo IPA. It's tough to share but they are friends after all ...
