Tomorrow I am brewing 10 gal of this. Has anyone had it or done the recipe from BYO 250 clone recipes? I can't find any info on it.

Belgian Grand Cru
Imported Belgian malt, Belgian candi sugar and a little honey from Peter's bees in Worth County, Iowa, are transformed by a special yeast strain that results in an unmistakable Belgian delight. Deceptively light, this beer packs a punch at 6.2 % alcohol by volume.
OG 1.062
Alcohol by volume: 6.2 %
IBU: 22.7
Color: 15.4 SRM
Malts/fermentables:
Belgian Pilsner and carapils; English crystal; Belgian dark candi sugar, Worth County Honey
Hops:
U.K. East Kent Goldings, Hallertau Hersbrucker

1# Belgian Cara pils
4 oz. special B
1# dark candi sugar @ 5 min
1# WC Honey at KO

60 min Vanguard 70g
45 min Vanguard 28g
