So I've tried Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier enough to make it my favorite Hefeweizen. Here's my review on it for those that would like to watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1r28vysOUw

Here's the rest of my list:

2.Franziskaner Hefe Weisse
3.Sierra Nevada Hefeweizen
4. Hofbrau Hefe weisse

What are your Top 4 Hefeweizens?

Franziskaner Dunkel (my most favorite beer)
Franziskaner Weisse
Paulaner Hefeweizen (too much on the sweet side for me, but it's OK for 2 beers)

SN's Kellerweis is an OK beer. Nothing fancy, certainly can't compare to the German wheat beers.

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

For whatever reason, SN Hefe does it for me. I do agree that Paulaner hefe does get a little overwhelming with the sweetness.

1.Weihenstephaner
2. Schneider Edelweiss( not schneider weiss)
3.Ayinger Weiss
4.Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Weizen
**Pinkus Muller is also very good when you can find a fresh bottle.

Of course when I nail the style just right my own brew would be on the list. Nothing like it when its fresh. And nothing worse when its done wrong.
