Could you guys - esp Jamil - take a look at this recipe. This is a style that not too many people brew and I'd like some actual experience. I just ran it quickly through recipator, so the numbers might be a little off. I put it together from a few web sources, but most people use British or American chocolate, while I want to use Carafa (II or III). I'm sort of guessing on the use of III and the amount, so I'm really interested in your opinions about that. Would Carafa II be better, a different amount? It will be a 90 min boil and be fermented with Wy2206.
Thanks

Looks really good. The only thing I'd do would be to eliminate the zero minute hops. Of course, you might like it that way and that is fine too.
