Anyone have a good recipe for a Scotch Ale? Preferably all grain since I finally got my all grain setup working...

Strong Scotch Ale or Scottish Ale? I just brewed a Wee Heavy that is coming along quite nicely. I will try to find the recipe and post it...

OG: 1.099
FG: 1.026
ADF: 72%
IBU: 28
SMR: 16
Alcohol: 9.7% ABV
6 Gallon Batch
70% Eff.
Grain Bill:
20 lbs. British Pale Ale Malt
0.5 lbs. Munich Malt
1.0 lbs. Crystal (40L)
0.5 lbs. Honey Malt (18L)
0.25 lbs. Crystal (120L)
0.25 lbs. Pale Chocolate (200L)
Hops:
1.6 oz. Kent Goldings 5% AA, 60 min.
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings 5% AA, 10 min.
Yeast: WLP028 or Wyeast 1728
Mash at 154 degrees and ferment at 65 degrees.

Speaking of Scotch ales..what ever happened to the anniversary ale brewed at Justins the night before the second anniversary show?

I believe it is still being aged until next year's anniversary show.
Obviously not at the Rat Pad, but somewhere safe.

McDuck's Strong Scotch Ale
EST OG - 1.093
EST FG - 1.024
EST Alc - 9%
IBUs - 25.8
120 Minute Boil
13 lbs - Maris Otter
4 lbs - Crystal 40
2 lbs - Munich (20L)
1.5 lbs - Biscuit Malt
1.0 lb - Flaked Barley
2 oz - Peat Smoked Malt
2 oz - Chocolate Malt (350L)
2 oz - Roasted Barley
2 oz - E.K. Goldings - 5.5%AA - 60 Min.
White Labs - Edinburgh Ale (WLP028) - Slurry from a batch of Scottish 60/- or a big starter.
Mash: 90 Minutes at 150F.
Ferment at 68F. Age for at least 6 months.
