This one came out great. I wouldn't change a thing. I missed my volume by a bit. I wanted 5.5 gallons but had a boilover. When you do this one keep everything the same but shoot for 5.5 gallons. I know the Pearle is out of style but I had some around and needed to boost the IBU so I threw some in.

Looks good, gravity looks abit high for an ESB tho.

Thanks for posting your ESB recipe. I'm brewing an ESB tomorrow, and have been compairing a billion EBS recipes. I'm shooting for a OSG a bit higher that the BJCP 1.060 limit, cause I like to put the boogie in yer booty. None of this one will end up in the Rambo Bucket anyway.

Yeah I know the gravity is a bit high, but most of my brews are on the high end of the gravity scale for their style. Why not add a little bump to each brew?
