That looks awsome, when it is done ageing you should send it in for critique. I wouldnt know a melomel if it bit me in the arse. One of these days i will have the juevos to send in my brew. Every time i hear Elderberrys I think of MP & The Holy Grail.

I don't think I'm coming off of a bottle of this. I'll only get about 10 12oz bottles out of it. I can't make more till next year when I can pick more berrys. And a word of advice for anyone picking elderberrys they are a PITA. Very small and will stain everything you wear.

If anyone quotes Monty Python to your kids (should you have any), they'll be able to say with pride that their father does indeed smell of elderberries.

Hey Lufah I have a solution to your berry problem There is this winery here in kansas that produces a concentrate for health reasons. I keep a bottle of it around for the kids and me to keep us well and fight sickness faster. Well this stuff is a good concentrate the ingredients list is elderberry juice filtered water and potasium sorbate. So check this site out buddy.
