I thought the collaboration show was pretty fun and I think I'm going to give the stout a try and brew it for St. Patrick's Day. Did anyone happen to write it down? I was listening in the car and wanted to check if anyone had it before I went back to find it in the podcast.

I've got this show teed up for first play on our road trip starting tomorrow. Sounds like a great grain bill for a stout though.

Is it hoppy?

No, there's only a single Warrior bittering addition, 35 ibus, which in a 6% beer isn't that much.
The roast increases perceived bitterness, but I wouldn't call this hoppy.

I going to resurrect my own thread haha. Has anyone brewed this? I was going to brew it this weekend but ended up moving it to next weekend. I think I have just enough time to get it in for St. Patrick's Day.

All times are UTC - 8 hours
