I am planning to brew the Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout recipe that was in the newest issue of BYO. The recipe lists 1.3 oz of roasted barley for a 5 gallon batch. Is it just me or does that seem a bit low?

I haven't seen the recipe, but what else is in it? If there is only 1.3 oz of roast barley as the only highly kilned grain, yeah, I'd imagine that's low. But the roasty character of the stout could be coming from some blend of chocolate or black patent, carafa, etc.
