Here's one I'm brewing up this weekend.
95 IBUs, Zero Bittering Hops, All Amarillo IPA (except for some Magnum)
5.5 Gallons
75% Efficiency
95 IBU
Target OG - 1064
Final - 1016
Yeast - WLP001 California Ale
Fermentables:
12 lbs. Maris Otter
1 lb. Cara-pils
HOPS!!
1 oz @ 30 MIN - Magnum
2 oz @ 30 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 25 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 20 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 15 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 10 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 5 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz @ 0 MIN - Amarillo
2 oz Dry Hop - Amarillo

Craig Christ that is alot of Amarillo!
Let us know how it turns out. I just brewed an all Amarillo IPA (only used about 4 oz. in mine) and would be curious to know how yours comes out!

Yep...actually I posted the 5 gallon version. This weekend I'm doing 10 gallons so I'll be doubling all those hop amounts. I just wanted to post a common batch size.
I'll definitely post the results. I know already that I'll have clarity issues, other people that have used the hopburst schedule ended up with cloudy beers. I don't really care....all I'm interested in is the hops!!

I hope you are using pellets - 15oz of whole hops would pretty much fill the kettle!
I have to adjust my volumes when using lots of whole hops - is that necessary when using pellets, even in these extreme amounts?

I usually only use whole hops for dry hopping....other than that, all I use is pellets. I've never had a problem with adjusting volume. I do have to adjust for the amount of wort transferred to the fermenter however. I usually lose about a half gallon or so due to extra trub from using this hopping schedule.
An interesting change for this batch is that I will be dry hopping with amarillo plugs from here:

How did this beer turn out?

Just tried it today after 2 weeks of 66F degree conditioning in 22oz bottles.
Aroma: heavy peach/apricot/citrus hop aroma...really great in my opinion!
Appearance: not as cloudy as thought it would be...I'm very excited about this because after two weeks cold conditioning it should be perfect.
Head retention is unbelievable! Super thick, foamy, and meringue-like.
Taste: Overwhelming hop flavor, super smooth and crisp bitterness, repeat **super smooth bitterness** not wimpy, and not harsh. finish is nice and crispy malt toastiness.
over all impression so far: Needs about 2 weeks of cold conditioning to settle out the hops and yeast. One of the best IPAs I've made. Definitely will be brewing this one again. IMPORTANT: THE CLOUDINESS IS NOT AS BAD AS EVERYONE SAYS!
