dunkelweizen recipe with dark wheat

I have about 10lbs of Weyermann Dark Wheat and i am looking for a dunkelweizen recipe using it or I am open to something else to use it up.

heres my dunkel recipe....absolutely fantastic imo....plenty of dark wheat. loosely based on dan gordon's recipe.

38% weyermann pils
60% weyermann dark wheat
2% roasted wheat

1.055 S.G.

Mash steps:

126 F infusion
144 F infusion
155 F decoction
162 decoction
172 F infustion for mashout

16 total ibu's with hallertau....60 minute addition only

wyeast 3068 weinstephan...fermented at 65 F

turned out almost like a delicious creamy chocolate pudding. :aaron :aaron :aaron

Do the Weizenbock out of BCS. Calls for 10 lbs dark wheat. I'm going through a keg of it right now, really tasty beer.
