Simple Belgian blonde

This is what I brewed over the weekend its based on the Saxo recipe in BLAM. This version is #2 for using Sorachi Ace,Strisselspalt hops yes it sounds odd but they seem to work rather nice together.

hey, ever try throwing your coriander into the mash rather than the boil? I've had some great success with it. It gives you a mellower, but "deeper" spice that is quite nice. When I do it I usually add about 7g into my grain before I mill it. Makes the mash smell awesome! Saxo would be a good candidate for it.

Saxo -- Belgian Blonde/Strong Pale

This beer is the perfect example of a B.Blonde- spiced just perfect :wink:

I give this a 10 / A+
