Looking for a doppelbock

Looking to store this one away for winter enjoyment. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? Haven't gotten into all-grain yet but this maybe a good excuse to start. Thanks

B3 has a dopplebock kit I just brewed earlier this month and it's a great recipe. Here it is.
6.5 Gallons collected.

9# German Munich (10 L) i think
2.5# German Pilsner
2.5# Vienna
2# DME Lite
8 oz. Crystal 60L
2 oz. Crystal 120L
1 oz. Vanguard @ 4.4%
(I also added .5 oz Hallertauer @ 3.2%)
1 Whirlfloc tablet.
WLP 830 German Bock yeast with 1 Liter starter.
@ 75% efficency O.G. 1.092
F.G. 1.020
ABV 10.4%
SRM 14-16
I did a step mash and decocted 1 gallon because I missed my strike temp. The grains weren't cracked good enough so my efficiency suffered. My OG was only 1.072. Which equals 67%.
It's in secondary lagering away at 34 F. I can't wait. also, I fermented at 55 F for 10 days and then transfered to a carboy to lager. Hope this helps!

I have a Celebrator clone recipe. Not sure what book it's from, but a photocopy from my LHBS back in portland, or

yield: 5gal
OG: 1.080-1.083
FG: 1.020-1.023
IBU: 23
SRM: 43-44
7.6% ABV

Crush and steep in 1 gal 150 degF water for 20 min.
12oz German Munich
1/2 lbs 65L german dark crystal
5oz chocolate malt

Stain. Sparge grains with 1/2 gal at 150F. Add water to brew pot for 1.5 gal. Bring to boil. Remove from stove and add:
6.6lb Ireks light malt syrup
3.3 lb Bierkeller light malt syrup
1/2 lb light dme
1/2 lb Malto dextrin
3/4 oz northern brewer @ 7.3 AA
1oz German Hallertau @ 3.5 AA

Add water to 2.5 gal total volume. Boil for 45min then add:
1/2 oz german hallertau

Boil for 15 min, remove pot from stove and cool for 15 min. Strain the cooled wort into fermenter and add cold water to 5 gal.
Pitch Yeast Wyeast 2308 Munich lager yeast
Ferment at 42-52 degF.
Last week of fermentation bring up to 55 degF

830 should be standard German Lager. I could be wrong though.

I tried AG and a lager for my first AG and it didn't turn out so great. :)

I just filtered and kegged one that I made on Big Brew Day. Carbonating now. I don't remember the recipe as it was dictated for me. The 830 attenuated out just fine. 1.072-1.018.
