I wonder How that Chocolate cherry stout Doc did with wine yeast came out. Haven't heard anything on the show. I emailed him, but no reply. I sure would like to know as I was planning to ty the same thing.

Any updates on this? I was just listening to this brewcast today (again for the third time!). Great episode and I wondered how it did finally turn out.
