I have found a recipe that calls for Simpsons Best Pale Malt. My home brew store does not have it and i can't find it on line. Can anyone recommend a good substitute?
Pretty much any British or Belgian pale malt should work. Maris Otter or Golden Promise will give a bit maltier flavor profile. Depending on what you are brewing, those might work too. What are you brewing?
