Zythos Hops?

It's a great compliment hop. It's not overly strong in any flavors.

That's my take on it. My Galaxy SMASH was good, but not in-your-face good. The aroma was hardly noticeable.

FWIW, I've tasted/smelled Galaxy smash beers that were LOADED with aroma.

I recently brewed an IPA with Zythos hops (Going to be one of my Secret Santa shipment beers) and like others have said, it's a pretty straightforward hop on it's own. It's good, just needs to be used with something else. I'm going to use Citra with it the next time I use what's left of the lb of it I originally bought.

Has anyone else used it with other hops?
