Has anyone here brewed with avocado? I'd like to try a saison with avocado but I'm not sure how I'd do it.

I was thinking of doing an oil extraction of one avocado and just throwing the remaining pulp into the boil at about 15 minutes. Any comments/suggestions?

I feel like I remember Drew Beechum describing a "guacamole" saison in last summers Zymurgy issue. He gave techniques and process for this one along with a recipe including amounts used. You may want to start there...
