About a year after I started a Berliner, its finally ready to bottle. I need some help carbonating it please. What yeast should I add to my bottling bucket, and do I add the same amount sugar as I would for a traditional ale based on the level of carb I want? Thx!
Jason.

I would use a run of the mill clean yeast strain like US-05, prime it like normal.
