Thanks guys for your tips.
I'm a little confused on putting the gas on the beer out post and venting. Are you saying run C02 through the bottom diptube of the beer to bubble it's way up... and this decarbonates/degasses it? Am I correct? That is a cool idea. I've never heard that. Very cool.

The bubbles rising up will agitate more CO2 out of solution.

Yup. Just don't trust Spidey when he tells you just the tip.

Keep in mind that the in and out posts on a corny are slightly different (that's why the connectors are different colors, not to help you tell them apart). You can do it with the grey connector on the out post, but it's much easier if you turn off the gas at the tank/reg, put a black connector on, do the process until it's pouring correct & then switching back.
