Filtering beer after it has been kegged?

I dry hopped a beer and also did not let all the yeast settle out of it. I kegged it up today and force carbonated it. There are too many chunkies and it tastes too yeasty. How do I salvage this beer?

I have never filtered before. I have a pin lock keg system.

Thanks

Be patient grasshopper. That's typical if you just kegged it today. Put it in the kegerator under serving pressure. Don't touch it for 5 days. It'll clear up considerably. That yeasty-ness will age out, but it could take 10+ days depending on a lot of variables.
