Exact size of NG burner for keggle?

Looked through the archives and couldn't find a specific instance of this and whether it works well for a keggle.

First, Northern Brewer doesn't have them.

I requested the FUGE burner for Xmas (it's taken a while to install):

The flame goes AROUND the keggle with this guy. Then again, the tips of the jets are maybe 2" from the bottom. I guess I should try dropping it height...

Anyone have something they bought which they know works and seems large enough for their demands and small enough to control properly?

Several people have mentioned this one, but not whether it fit's their needs after they've installed it.

Also, I will just be controlling with a 3/4" Home Depot gas shutoff ball valve. Anything more controllable or will that be OK?

I have that 23 tip burner and I have no trouble getting 28 gallons to boil, in fact I have to turn the flame down sometimes.

I use a regular gas ball valve also, right after I installed it my neighbor handed me a 3/4" Stainless needle valve. The thing is beautiful but the way my gas line is put in it would be difficult to change the valve now.

My burner is about 5" below my pot.

Thanks for the detailed answer.

You don't ever feel jet envy for the 32?

If not, I'll probably go with it, too.
