Oxygenation System

I purchased a small oxygen tank at Lowes this morning and need to figure out how to get it out and into my beer. Lowes and HD both sell a kit to make an oxy/acetaline torch from a MAPP and O2 can but it’s $49 for something I really don’t need. I looked at a simple torch end for it but the O2 can is reverse threaded which means I will probabaly be forced to buy an actual O2 regulator. Any ideas where I can pick up a regulator for this dirt cheap - preferably not from a place that will have the words “beer” or “brewing” show up on the bank account, I’m sure you know what I mean. Also, how do I know how long to pump O2 into the beer for. The first beers I will be doing this with are 6 gallon lager batches, specifically a 1.070 Mai Bock.
Thanks in advance for all of your suggestions.

Here is what you need. http://morebeer.com/view_product/16606/

Williams Brewing has them $5 cheaper, but they are out of them right now.

I do 2 min with the pure O2. I dial the regulator until I JUST see a few small bubbles form on the top. No need to run it any faster - you are just wasting O2. I do it just before I pitch, and I do it about 12 hours later - if it hasn't started fermenting yet.
