Hey,
I've got one of my 4 kegs that cant hold pressure, so I was wondering, could I just use this as a secondary fermenter?
thanks.

Where do they leak? If air can get out, air can get in. You will need to be able to eliminate this possibility.

the problem is with the beer out line, when there is pressure, beer sprays out, but without pressure, or only low pressure is seems to be sealed
so it's not really a leak, more of a spray

If it sprays with no serving line attached, you might want to first just push on the poppet (the center button on the post) to see if it will reseat and seal. If that doesn't do it, then get our your deep socket, pull off the post, and see if the rubber part of the poppet is damaged or old and cracked. If so, buy a new one.
If it leaks with a line attached, replace the o-ring on the outside of the post.
A little keg lube (but just a little!) can help these things all work better too.

I don't have the deep socket to take it off, but I do have 4 kegs and only a 2 keg setup, so I'm fine just using it for the use as a secondary.

In that case I'd say go for it, if shit goes south you'll know it was a bad idea!

Do you have a way to install some sort of air lock?

I'm slowly moving toward kegs for both primary and secondary. They won't ever shatter, they're safer and easier to move, and you don't have to worry about keeping them in dark places. I pull out the safety air valve, pop in a little chunk of flexible tubing, and toss an airlock into that. I think I posted a picture somewhere on my blog, recently, but I can't be bothered to go looking for it.

Go for it, man.
