I do 5 gal AG batches and have just came across a couple hundred bucks.
I want to spend some on getting grains, but I think I want to get some equipment too.
I use a zapap as my mash tun, so there might be a place to upgrade, also I use carboys and have been looking at getting some of [url=http://morebeer.com/view_product/16662/102269]these[url].
I do keg my beer so I don't need anything other then more kegs, and I do plan on getting two more, but really what I am asking is what would you get if you where in my place?

Temp controller and a fermentation fridge. Unless you already have them.
The Sanyo 4912 makes a great fermentation, and lagering fridge.

Well I have a 10ft one that I made, I LOVE the whirlpool immersion chiller but you have to have a pump for that so, I was planning on adding just another 10 ft to the chiller with a brass connector.

I would go for this before anything else. Some sort of fridge for temp control will probaly make better beer than faster chilling or more grains.

I just git a 25 foot chiller, and I am going to add the 10 ft that I already had to the new one with a brass fitting. I was thinking of saving it for when the day comes that I get a pump so that I could do the whirlpool chiller, but that is going to be a ways away.
I am thinking that the best thing for me to do now is to look at getting a better mash tun, one that will hold temp for longer. What do you think?

I call bullshit on the whole temp drop in the mash affecting flavor significantly. It has been stated that 80-90% of the conversion is complete in the first 15 minutes so unless your temp drop is so significant to be noticeable in the, lets be conservative, first 30 minutes I think you won't really change the beer much. I would say faster cooling would be the more helpful process. (DMS and infection... and brewday time)
