Anything in particular I should hope to find on one.

First I make sure they don't leak and I wont have to replace anything but the seals. Other than that, I would choose if you want ball lock or pin lock first and make sure, no matter what you choose, all of the kegs are the same.

I like ball lock because the kegs and parts are easier to find in my area. More people use them over here too, so it's easy to just take a keg over to a buddy's house and hook up to his CO2.

Pin lock has the advantage of not letting you put the wrong attachment on the wrong side when your staggering drunk and just have to crack open that other keg.

Oh I should clarify, I don't want to store in the keg but rather do the boil.

I would say look for one on the front porch of Krotchrotts place. I hear you can get them with and optional wort chiller too.

I would say that if you just want one for boiling in, get one that is in tact from the top down. The lid is going to be cut out anyway, so don't worry about that.

You want a stainless steel keg with handles built in to the top.
