has anybody recorded the temps at which the cold break forms, and does it also depend on the gravity of the wort.

Welcome Igor,

I know that Jamil has mentioned numbers for that, I think maybe 45% @ 60F...or was it 65%...You'd better ask the Pope himself. I think it was mentioned during the last Session, around the beginning of the conical talk, or was it the carboy discussion? Damb...I'm no help really. Just check out last nights show and you'll have a number to get you started.
