Stainless Tubing?

I am having a heck of a time finding a source for stainless tubing. I am looking for about a 3' piece of 3/8 od. I want to make a dip stick for my air stone-aquarium pump wort oxygenator set up. The kit came with clear plastic hose and it floats when you airiate plus its a pita to get into carboy (limp D#&king it) without touching anything. Should I just bite the bullet and pay (imho) mucho $$ for a SS racking cain?
Thanks as always.

Nope. I just rubberband the damn thing to a racking cane. Cheap and Easy.

I have been rubber banding mine to a long handled spoon for the last couple of years.

Good on ya! I keep thinking I need to have a T shirt made that says "I'm the Cheap and Easy Guy", but I don't think my wife would let me wear it!

Thanx, Guest. Since this post I have had an opportunity to air out the brain flatulence. Sanitized 3/8 copper should work??? Is there any reason not to use copper?

Sounds good. Just make sure you can get inside good to sanitize. Copper is what gets used for chillers should be fine for this.
