I was thinking the same thing. That's gotta be pretty tight between the door and the mash-tun. It has to be tough doughing in with that clearance. Nice setup, though.

He's got a short paddle and he doesn't look very comfortable doin it. He has opened up a micro brewery in Brentwoood where he lives (dist only no pub) Can't remember the name off hand, his dream come true, liq. license is only days away.

Thats not homebrewing. Thats micro brewing in the garage. I didn't see any rigged up stuff.
Ok, so I am jealous. I think I would have gone for a $2K setup and bought $8K in ingrediants.

$10,000. would buy a lot of beer factoring in the exchange rate in US $,enough to keep me until I exit this world. But the joy of brewing my own wouldn't be there. Nice to have the bucks to do what you want.
