Commercial hop utilization in the whrilpool

Hey all:

Anyone out there have any commercial experience in calculating hop utilization? Our brewery recently got a Whirlpool and we have noticed that we are getting somewhere in the vicinity of 10% alpha utilization from our WP additions.

My question is: does anyone know how the utilization changes on earlier additions from the standard calculations? For example a 5 or 15 minute boil addition will be different than the formulas suggest.

Thanks for the help.

Here's a good thread discussing it on Probrewer
