How do you clean your Therminator?
I let mine sit in hot PBW for about and hour then flush it. I also have boiled it and put it in the oven to bake it to kill any bacteria. It still scares the shit out of me no matter what I do, but it chills so well.

I have a 40 plate CFC. I run a CIP loop - 100% of the time prior to brew time is 140F water and Starsan for 20 minutes. Every other batch, boiling water CIP for same amount of time. No infections to date.

I use the pump from my keg cleaner and back flush mine with oxyclean for about 20 minutes, flush with water for 10 and the pump saniclean through for 20 before I recirc hot wort through for 15 minutes. After I finish chilling its back flush to remove any break that formed on the plates and then about an hour recirc with alkaline wash rinse and let dry.

Pierodicaly ill bake it at ~400f for an hour flush, back flush and then bake it for another 1.5hours.

I bake mine at 350 or 400 for 15-20 minutes occasionally. OR I pump pbw through it with a drill pump when I'm cleaning my beer lines. But I started using an auto siphon to pump hot pbw water through it and I really like that. I saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yi-Ib0vBnXQ and was super stoked.
