I stumbled on it after spending a little time on the EAZY OFF website where pretty much everything they have they recommend for cleaning SST.
A quick check of the MSDS shows they rely on NaOH for most their products.
Then off to see what Sodium Hydroxide does to SST.
And I found that chart.
Easy Off as a brewery cleaner? I dunno. Maybe the SST BBQ.
