Motorizing a malt mill

Hand grinding 16 pounds of malt for a barleywine finally convinced me to get off my ass and get this project completed.
I used a 1/4hp 1625 rpm motor, and with sheaves purchased from McMaster Carr I was able to reduce it to 170 rpm's. I used a central AC/heat register vent adapter to create a shoot under the mill. II'm in the process of making a sheet metal safety shied to cover the drive belt and sheaves.
