This probably isn't a new concept, but the idea came to me while looking at the brew sculpture pics. Could an electric turkey fryer be used as a mash tun/kettle?

I bought one, it takes forever to get 5 gallons to get to a boil. Might be good for a hot water tank. Might be good for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 gallon batches, and/or brew in a bag.Cody wrote:This probably isn't a new concept, but the idea came to me while looking at the brew sculpture pics.
