I was thinking pex. I preferred the way CPVC turns corners - - so I specced it out that way and then after the fact I learned about using PEX angle barbs. Ahh well still cheaper than who dun it.
I have a 3/4" line going to the brewery (60 feet) and a 3/4" drain line plain PVC, with drain down valved for winterization as a 5' ruin foes through an unheated foundation
I haven't figured what I'll do for a sink yet. Something small I should expect I'm only running cold water to the brewery.
Maybe I can find a small utility sink? I was looking at copper shoot to make one but the cost of copper
