You can do it with the beergun! I have. But it is all about controlling ALL the factors: super cold, wet bottles, super cold and well settled-out beer, and also technique: keeping the beergun wand just under the surface of the liquid as it fills. There will be some foam but you just cap on it. I have gotten saisons at well over 3 Vols into a bottle like this with very little loss. The other thing I haven't tried, but it might help too, is increasing the liquid line length to the Beergun.

Thanks everyone for the info. I'm going to try them for when I need to bottle it for the comps comin up.

Thanks tasty for the picture, I've used the filler before just didn't know about the gas side, I'll have to make one of them.
