HERMS Coil / Immersion Chiller V2.0

1. I am going to just do a semi-automated HERMS. Build a coil into the HLT, so I can keep my IC free. Do a continuous recirc mash into my Cooler.
2. This will be a gas/elec set up. I will use the gas to heat the HLT strike water up, then use a heat stick to keep the temp stable for the HERMS portion. That way I can still step mash if I want too as well.
3. To do this I will get a Aubin PID http://tinyurl.com/6y9zv7s to run the heat stick. With a Thermowell in the HLT. I will use a 120v Stick just to maintain the temp.
