That's cheap, but that stand looks flimsy.
I wonder if that burner can keep a good boil going?

I've been following a discussion about this on another forum. Apparently the kettle is 26 quarts and the burner is 38k BTU.

+1 on it looks flimsy.

But... $30 is cheap!

Website states 38K BTU's. Not sure if I would ever use anything less than my 150K+ BTU burner, but this is the only one I have owned.

I picked up a similar fryer from target on sale for $40 the other day, but it had a sturdier 4 legged stand made out of cast iron. That thing looks like it is made out of wire.
