I purchased a turkey fryer w/7.5 gallon pot to use as a HLT. The walls of the pot are realy thin, any suggestions as to how to get a spigot on this?

Preferably with a ball valve and all that...

Buy some washers that have a large diameter and put them on the inside and outside both, then crank down on them to spread any stresses over a larger area

zymico or equivalent weldless fittings...
B3 has some weldless ones as well.

I also have a thin walled turkey fryer pot. I bought the weldless ballvalve from B3(comes with one washer) and added a washer to the outside of the post works good for me.
