Who here is using an old dairy balance tank as a boil kettle? I'm thinking of buying a 35gallon stainless kettle with a 3" tri-clamp fitting to use as my boil kettle. The bottom has a slight slope to it. Since it's on legs already, it seemed like a nice option for large batches. It weighs about 100lbs so some type of wheel setup will be required for basic mobility. I've got dual burners at the ready.
