I put the damn coupling on the wrong post on my keg. Now I can't get it off. It'll move a lil bit but then nothing. How the hell can I get this damn thing off?

And i have to replace the blow off valve too cuz the damn threads on the plastic part won't hold to the threads.

I've done the same thing more times than I care to mention. Some folks have resorted to cutting the damned thing off. I have had good results with some gentle prying with a claw hammer while holding the ring up and rocking the coupling back and forth. Haven't destroyed one yet.

If you pay a little attention to the right things you won't get the disconnects mixed up. The gas plugs on the keg always either have a 12 point star base or have a groove cut through the points on a hex base. Just remember the G's and B's. Grey = Gas = Groove. Black = Beer = Blank.

Thanks Bug.

I don't know what the hell I was doing when I did that. I finally got my chest kegerator almost done and started to hook up some lines and totally spaced out.
